Annexation into Montana City Fire District

If you are an adjacent property owner not currently in a fire district and would like to become part of the Montana City Fire District (map) fill out the PDF below and mail it in. Not sure if your property is in the Montana City Rural Fire District? Check your property tax statement and it should have a line for "Montana City Fire". Just because you see our trucks in your area does not necessarily mean you are in the district. We often help out neighboring districts and adjacent areas.

Note that many insurance companies only recognize fire protection for properties within 5 road miles of a fire station operated by the authority having jurisdiction.
