Fire protection and rescue services in Jefferson County are provided by your local volunteer fire departments. Those fire departments are staffed by your friends and neighbors. If you've been looking for a way get involved and give back to our communities then this is your opportunity. The fire departments in Montana City, Clancy, and Jefferson City will be holding their Fire Academy for new members this spring. Now is the time to start making a difference!
